GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS — VERSION 4.2

By completing your purchase and checking the required box, you (“you,” “ticket holder,” or “buyer”) enter into a binding agreement with The Bureau Fashion Week LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) and consent to all policies herein. Your checkbox constitutes a legally binding electronic signature under the U.S. E-Sign Act.
1. ALL SALES FINAL — NO REFUNDS WITHOUT TICKET PROTECTION
All ticket purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible unless Ticket Protection was purchased at checkout.
If you declined Ticket Protection, you acknowledge that your purchase is strictly non-refundable for all reasons, including illness, injury, travel delays, weather issues, personal conflicts, missed showtime, or any inability to attend.
2. TICKET DELIVERY & SERVICE FULFILLMENT
Tickets are considered delivered and fulfilled when sent to the email provided at checkout or made available in your Flicket account.
Accessing, downloading, transferring, or scanning any ticket constitutes full service delivery and usage.
Failure to retrieve or access your ticket does not justify a refund or chargeback.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, duplicated, damaged, or counterfeit tickets, including tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers.
3. NO-SHOW, LATE ARRIVAL, SEAT FORFEITURE & MISSED ENTRY
You are responsible for arriving on time and following all check-in instructions.
ALL VIP and FRONT ROW ticket holders must be in the designated VIP check-in line no later than thirty (30) minutes prior to showtime. Failure to do so will result in automatic forfeiture of VIP or Front Row seating. You will be re-seated in General Admission if space permits.
Ticket holders arriving less than fifteen (15) minutes before showtime are not guaranteed VIP, reserved, or assigned seating of any kind. General Admission seating is first come, first served and subject to availability.
No admittance is permitted after the show has started. Doors close promptly at showtime and late entry is not permitted.
Late arrival, missed check-in, seat forfeiture, re-seating in General Admission, or denied entry for any reason constitutes full use of the ticket and does not entitle you to a refund, credit, exchange, or chargeback.
4. TICKET EXCHANGES, UPGRADES & TRANSFERS
You may exchange or upgrade your ticket for the same event directly inside your Flicket account, subject to availability and posted deadlines. Additional fees apply if the new ticket is higher in price. Exchanged tickets are non-refundable.
You may transfer your ticket to another person only through the official transfer function in your Flicket account. Tickets sold, transferred, or bartered outside our authorized system may be cancelled without refund.
Only the most recent accepted transfer barcode is valid for entry.
Tickets may not be resold above face value, used for contests, sweepstakes, promotions, or bundled packages without prior written authorization.
5. MOBILE PHONE, SMS & DEVICE TERMS
We may send SMS messages for convenience, including ticket links and event reminders. SMS delivery is not guaranteed and is not required to access your tickets.
Failure to receive SMS messages does not constitute grounds for refund, credit, or chargeback.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your mobile device is charged, functional, and capable of displaying your digital ticket at entry. Inability to present a ticket due to device malfunction, low battery, carrier issues, or connectivity failures does not entitle you to a refund or chargeback.
By providing your phone number, you authorize transactional SMS communications and consent to storage of delivery logs and device metadata for fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
Certain shows may restrict photography or require device limitations; violation may result in removal without refund.
6. ENTRY CONDITIONS, SECURITY, SEARCH CONSENT & PROHIBITED ITEMS
All attendees are subject to security screening, including bag inspection, metal detection, and identity verification.
By attending, you consent to all security searches. Refusal results in denied entry without refund.
Prohibited items include, without limitation: alcohol, drugs, weapons, firearms, glass containers, fireworks, recording equipment, professional cameras, laser pointers, drones, outside food or beverages, oversized bags, and any item deemed unsafe by security or venue personnel.
You may be removed from the venue at any time for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior, refusal to follow instructions, or violation of venue rules. Removal does not entitle you to a refund.
7. MEDIA RIGHTS & PUBLICITY RELEASE
By attending, you grant The Bureau Fashion Week LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to record, photograph, livestream, and use your image, likeness, and voice in any media without compensation.
8. EVENT CHANGES, PRODUCTION ADJUSTMENTS & TALENT/SCHEDULE UPDATES
Live events are dynamic. Designers, talent, performers, run times, seating layouts, programming, activations, and production elements may change without notice.
Designer cancellations, sponsor withdrawals, lineup changes, or experience adjustments do not constitute grounds for refunds or chargebacks.
We reserve the right to modify seating assignments or relocate guests for safety, operational, or production reasons without compensation.
9. LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Fashion events may include crowded conditions, elevated platforms, runways, stairs, uneven flooring, dark environments, strobe lighting, loud sound, and moving production elements.By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these environments.
You are responsible for selecting appropriate footwear and attire. Injuries related to personal clothing choices, including high heels, are your responsibility.
Events may include alcohol service. You assume all risks associated with consumption. We may refuse service or entry to intoxicated individuals without refund.
Photo areas, step-and-repeat zones, activation spaces, lighting equipment, and production setups may pose hazards. Entering these areas is at your own risk.
We are not liable for acts, omissions, or negligence of independent contractors, venue operators, exhibitors, caterers, or third-party vendors.
We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property, including phones, bags, or garments.
10. ADA ACCESSIBILITY
ADA seating and accommodations are available upon request and subject to availability.We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate accessibility needs; however, specific seating locations or configurations are not guaranteed.
Failure to request accommodations in advance does not entitle you to a refund or chargeback.
11. MINORS, PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
Some shows may have age restrictions. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise specified.
Parents and guardians assume full responsibility for minors in attendance and agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Bureau Fashion Week LLC for any claims arising from a minor’s attendance, conduct, or injuries.
12. FORCE MAJEURE & EMERGENCY EVENTS
We are not liable for delay, partial performance, or non-performance caused by factors outside our control, including severe weather, power outages, venue shutdowns, evacuation orders, transportation disruptions, mechanical failure, government orders, public safety issues, public health restrictions, or other events affecting safety.
Emergency evacuations, shelter-in-place orders, or interruptions required for safety do not entitle you to a refund or chargeback.
Refunds in force majeure situations are provided only if required by law.
13. POSTPONEMENT VS. CANCELLATION
If an event is postponed, your ticket automatically applies to the rescheduled date and is non-refundable.
Only full event cancellations qualify for refunds, issued solely to the original payment method and original purchaser.
14. CHARGEBACK POLICY
By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for any reason inconsistent with these Terms. Dissatisfaction with the event, production changes, seating changes, or personal inability to attend does not constitute valid grounds for chargebacks.
Unauthorized chargebacks constitute breach of contract.
We may provide banks with evidence of ticket delivery, access logs, IP data, device data, and acceptance timestamps, and may recover dispute fees, cancel tickets, or restrict future purchases.
15. BILLING, VERIFICATION, PRIVACY & FRAUD PREVENTION
You authorize verification of payment and billing details. We store IP address, device and browser data, geolocation metadata, timestamp of acceptance, Ticket Protection selection, and Terms version.
Your information is processed pursuant to our Privacy Policy. We may use data for ticketing operations, fraud prevention, event security, and dispute resolution.
16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION, ARBITRATION & NO CLASS ACTIONS
All disputes, including refund requests, billing issues, and chargeback-related matters, shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in South Carolina.
You agree that any claims shall be brought individually and not as part of a class, representative, or collective action.
Chargebacks may not be used to bypass arbitration.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Bureau Fashion Week LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, venues, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your attendance, actions, or violation of these Terms.
18. GOVERNING LAW, WARRANTY DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
These Terms are governed by South Carolina law.
All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the ticket.
19. SEVERABILITY & ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Bureau Fashion Week LLC. No oral statements, prior communications, advertisements, social media posts, or external representations may alter these Terms.
